Kapawi Ecolodge

Kapawi Ecolodge and Reserve is located in the Pastaza province in the south of the Ecuadorian rainforest. In agreement with the Achuar communities, this lodge was built in their territory using traditional architecture and low impact environmental systems.

This lodge offers accommodation for 40 passengers in comfortable double rooms with private bathrooms and solar showers. It also offers guests a dining room with delicious dishes, a main lounge with library, a small boutique and a bar. The electricity is provided by solar panels.

Kapawi is one of the last places on Earth where you can be surrounded by the high biodiversity of wild animals and beautiful plants, and at the same time be in direct contact with the Achuar communities, people that really conserve their interesting ancient culture.
